Gabe Rubin is a multimedia artist from New York, NY. He studied Piano Performance at Mannes College of Music Preparatory Division, and graduated from Bard College with a BA in Film and Electronic Arts in 2014. 
His work has been shown at MIX NYC, the Brooklyn Film Festival, and Vox Populi, and explores themes of mimicry, hauntings, masochism, and devotion. He frequently collaborates with the artist Felix Bernstein. Together, the ambiguous twosome have performed and shown work at the Whitney Museum of American Art, MoCA Los Angeles, Issue Project Room, Das Unbehagen, Spike Berlin, and Southfirst Gallery. Their video and art installation, Folie √† Deux will open at David Lewis Gallery in June 2018.
Gabe Rubin currently resides in Brooklyn, NY and runs video production at Pioneer Works.
