Gabe Rubin is a composer and multimedia artist from New York, NY. He studied Piano Performance at Mannes College of Music Preparatory Division, and graduated from Bard College with a BA in Film Production in 2014. 
His work has been shown at MIX NYC, Spike Berlin, the Brooklyn Film Festival, and MoCA Los Angeles and explores themes of mimicry, hauntings, masochism, and devotion. He frequently collaborates with the artist Felix Bernstein. Together, the ambiguous twosome run the art and film production company The Repeatable Theater. Their video installation, Folie à deux will show at David Lewis Gallery in June 2018.
Gabe Rubin currently resides in Brooklyn, NY and works as a videographer and editor at Pioneer Works.
